Active Isolated Stretching helps to improve flexibility and retain the gains you've worked for. Infant Massage promotes relaxation and bonding between caregiver and baby. Hot Stone Massage melts away tension and promotes relaxation using heated stones. On-Site Chair Massage is a brief, seated massage that focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, and arms.
