Poor Customer Experience and Illegal Trespassing
The reviewer, S. Goodman, had a horrible experience with the company, rating it only 1 star. The main issue was that two employees of the company illegally trespassed onto private property, setting up surveying equipment without notifying or obtaining permission from the homeowners, who were present at the time.
Lack of Training and Disregard for the Law
The reviewer was outraged that the company did not train its employees on the legal rights of access to private property. This incident was so severe that the Sheriff's Department encouraged multiple homeowners to file a complaint with the state licensing board. The reviewer believed that the company deserves to lose its license due to its disregard for the law and failure to properly train its employees.
