Meet the Team

Our team consists of experienced and skilled individuals who share a common passion for tree care and lawn maintenance. Our President and CEO, Jim Haas, has a background in history and enjoys bike riding, hiking, and reading. Karen Baxter, our Vice President and CFO, loves solitaire and reading about history. Patrick Haas, a member of our team since 2002, is an avid video game player and enjoys outdoor activities. Michelle Tate, who joined us in 2011, enjoys watching TV, scrapbooking, and volleyball. James Tate, who also joined us in 2011, loves spending time outdoors, gardening, hunting, biking, and spending time with Michelle. Penny Schmuecker, who has been with us since 2011, is a fan of spinning, reading, and cycling. Ron Brestel, who has been part of our team since 2004, enjoys camping, fishing, geocaching, and pool.
