Unprofessional Service
The first red flag appears with Author Josh B., who had a terrible experience with the shop. He took his Jeep in for new wheels and tires, but the technicians didn't check if the car had tire sensors, which turned out to be a necessity, adding an extra $190.82 to the bill.
Mixed Feelings
Author Heather T. had a mixed experience. She appreciated the shop's work on her vandalized car, but they botched her tire warranty, refusing to honor it and then later claiming she didn't have one. The customer service was abysmal, with a rude and unprofessional representative.
Great Experience
On the other hand, Author Allen Y. had an excellent experience. His car broke down, and the shop took him in same-day, diagnosed the problem, and even worked with him to find a solution.
Unprofessionalism and Misleading Service
The negative reviews continue with Author Jake S., who had a terrible experience. The shop, led by Matt, was dishonest, pushy, and installed a lift incorrectly, causing him to lose $800. The shop refused to make it right the first time, trying to add an extra $400 for the second attempt.
