Steamboat Springs Boat Rentals at Stagecoach Marina is a family-owned business located in the heart of Stagecoach State Park, just a short drive of 15 miles from the bustling town of Steamboat Springs. Our friendly staff, comprised of locals who share a passion for boating and fishing, welcome you to spend a refreshing day at the lake. The marina has been in operation since the late 1980s, and we have been proud owners for the past 14 years.

Pontoon Rentals

Steamboat Springs Boat Rentals at Stagecoach Marina offers the best pontoon boat rental experience in the Steamboat Springs area. Our top-notch 2022 and 2023 Sylvan luxury pontoon boats cater to groups of up to 11 people. These meticulously maintained boats come equipped with new BBQ grills, fuel included, and offer various rental options, such as 2-hour, half-day, full-day, prime-time, and evening rentals beginning at $195. While we do not provide pontoon boat rentals at Steamboat Lake, our facilities are just a short 15-minute drive from the mountain area and less than 20 minutes from downtown.

We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, which is why dogs are more than welcome aboard our rentals for an additional fee of $25 for up to two dogs. Our extensive range of pontoon boats, coupled with our exceptional service and love for pets, makes us the go-to choice for pontoon rentals near Steamboat Springs.

Fishing

All of our rental boats are fully equipped for fishing adventures. If you need additional gear, we also offer fishing gear rentals to ensure you have a successful and enjoyable day on the water. For smaller fishing parties, we have fishing boats available that accommodate up to 5 people, perfect for two or three anglers.

Stagecoach Lake is renowned as the closest public lake near Steamboat and is the major Rainbow Trout fishery for the Yampa River watershed. Additionally, the lake boasts a plentiful supply of Northern Pike, and occasionally, you can catch Walleye, a unique feature in the area.

To maximize your chances of success, we highly recommend booking one of our guided fishing tours. Our guided morning trip departs at 8:00 am, and an evening sunset fishing cruise is available at 6:00 pm. Each trip accommodates up to 8 people on our pontoon boats. Pricing starts at $550 for the first four anglers, with an additional $50 for each additional angler. All fishing equipment, bait, and tackle are included. Just bring a Colorado fishing license, sunscreen, and a windbreaker for a memorable and productive fishing adventure.

Guided Ice Fishing Trips

During the winter months, embark on an unforgettable guided ice fishing trip with Steamboat Springs Boat Rentals at Stagecoach Marina. Ice fishing trips are available in two daily time slots: 9:00 am-12:00 pm and 1:30 pm-4:30 pm. Pricing is $350 for 1-2 people, with an additional $50 for each additional person (up to 8 people). Stand Up Paddle Boards and Steamboat Springs Party Packages

For a fun and relaxing day on the water, try our stand-up paddleboards. Suitable for all ages and experience levels, paddleboards offer a unique way to explore the lake and enjoy the stunning scenery. Additionally, we offer kayaks and canoes to accommodate various preferences.

Planning a larger group event? Take advantage of our Pontoon Party Package, which includes a 22 ft pontoon boat for up to 11 people, two Stand Up Paddle Boards, two kayaks, and a three-person canoe. Life jackets are included with all rentals.

Amenities

At Steamboat Springs Boat Rentals at Stagecoach Marina, we offer a small camp store with firewood, ice, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and often-forgotten items. Nearby, Stagecoach State Park has coin-operated showers available for your convenience. For those who do not have a Colorado seasonal state park pass, day passes are available at the entrance for $9.00 per vehicle.
