Founded by Bill and Doris Metzenroth, the dealership began its journey in Warren, a city nestled conveniently near major metropolitan areas like Youngstown, Akron, and Cleveland. Fueled by their passion for the Harley-Davidson brand, Bill and Doris nurtured the business, establishing a reputation for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for riders of all levels.

As the dealership flourished, Bill and Doris recognized the need for a larger space to accommodate the growing demand for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and services. In 1991, they made the decision to relocate their operations to a downtown location, ensuring a more spacious and convenient experience for their valued customers.

The year 1998 marked another significant milestone in the history of Warren Harley-Davidson. Construction commenced on a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Cortland, Ohio. This impressive 25,000 square-foot building, opened in July 1999, became a testament to Bill and Doris's dedication to providing a world-class dealership experience. The new location featured ample showroom space to showcase the latest Harley-Davidson models, a fully equipped service department staffed by skilled technicians, and a comfortable lounge area for riders to relax and connect.

Although Bill sadly passed away in 2005, his legacy lives on through Warren Harley-Davidson. Doris continues to lead the dealership with the same passion and commitment that she and Bill shared, supported by two daughters and two grandsons who bring their own talents and enthusiasm to the business. The family-owned and operated nature of Warren Harley-Davidson instills a sense of warmth and personalized service that sets it apart from other dealerships.
