Our Services

Stancel Concrete specializes in new construction concrete structures such as commercial buildings, distribution centers, storage facilities, multi-family apartments, medical office buildings, manufacturing facilities, grocery stores, high-end residential homes, car dealerships, aircraft hangars, commercial additions, and tenant build-outs. We cover all of Division 3 & 4 scopes of work including reinforced concrete foundation footings and pads, elevator pits, loading docks, grade beams over concrete piles or helical piles, cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, block stemwall foundations, block masonry, precast lintels and window sills, slab on grade, hydrostatic slabs, cast-in-place elevated concrete decks, tie beams, lintel or bond beams, rake beams, cast-in-place poured concrete arches, slab topping over hollowcore precast, slab topping over metal decks, concrete wet deck balconies, commercial tilt-up construction, and block masonry.

Our skilled and efficient block masons are knowledgeable with all aspects of block masonry construction. Our crews maintain the excellent quality that our customers demand. From standard CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) stucco block, split face block, as well as struck block, are just some of the finishes our masonry crew is capable of delivering.

We also provide site concrete and flatwork services including commercial parking lots, concrete driveways and sidewalks, dumpster enclosures and bollards, loading dock walls and ramps, commercial ADA ramps, fence/gate columns and monument signs, concrete finishing, large-scale commercial concrete finishing, laser screed "super flat" ride-on machine trowel finish concrete pumping, hydraulic small line pumps, concrete boom pumps and vertical system pours, selective concrete demolition, wet/dustless hydraulic saw cutting, chipping, and grinding, concrete/asphalt removal, and test drilling.

Our Coverage Area

Stancel Concrete has an extensive coverage area, primarily specializing in the Fort Myers and Naples markets. However, for bigger jobs, we will travel all over the Southeastern US, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North and South Carolina.
