Welcome to Yoga Hohm, your traditional yoga studio located in downtown Delavan, WI. We are proud to offer a wide variety of yoga classes, private lessons, teacher training, massage, Ayurvedic consultations, and a boutique filled with clothing, props, accessories, handmade jewelry, and Ayurvedic products. Our mission is to uphold the ancient traditions of yoga while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students.

Our studio is located next door to the post office and has always maintained high standards of cleanliness. We have taken additional measures to ensure the safety and health of our students, including the disinfecting of all common surfaces after every class. While masks are not required, some students choose to wear them. We encourage all students to do what makes them feel most comfortable.

Services Offered

At Yoga Hohm, we offer a variety of services to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Our classes range from gentle to intense and are designed to meet the needs of students at all levels. In addition to our group classes, we offer private lessons, yoga teacher training, and massage therapy.

Our yoga classes are set to specific levels of intensity and are taught by experienced instructors. We offer a variety of class styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Our private lessons are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Our yoga teacher training program is designed to help you deepen your practice and become a certified yoga instructor.

In addition to our yoga services, we offer massage therapy and Ayurvedic consultations. Our massage therapists are highly trained and experienced in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Thai massage. Our Ayurvedic consultations are designed to help you identify your dosha and create a personalized wellness plan.

Our boutique is stocked with a variety of props, clothing, accessories, handmade jewelry, and Ayurvedic products. We sell both new and used props, all of which have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We encourage students to bring their own props to class, but we have them available for purchase if needed.

Class Schedule and Descriptions

Our class schedule is subject to change, with new classes being added if the demand is there and classes with low attendance being canceled. We require pre-registration for all classes to reserve your spot and to ensure that we can notify you in case of cancellations. If you cannot make it to a class you are signed up for, you can cancel your reservation online without forfeiting the class up to 12 hours before class. Late cancels or no shows forfeit the class.

Our class descriptions provide detailed information about the level of intensity, style, and focus of each class. We offer classes for all levels, from gentle to intense. Our gentle classes are designed for students who are new to yoga or who are looking for a slower-paced practice. Our intense classes are designed for students who are looking for a more physically challenging practice. Our style classes focus on specific aspects of yoga, such as breathwork, meditation, or alignment. Our focus classes are designed to help students achieve specific goals, such as flexibility, strength, or relaxation.

Personal Training

In addition to our group classes and private lessons, we now offer personal training. Our personal training sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you are looking to improve your strength, flexibility, or overall health, our personal trainers can help you achieve your goals.

Social Distancing and Cleanliness

At Yoga Hohm, we take social distancing and cleanliness seriously. Our classroom provides ample space for social distancing, with the average mat length being just under 6 feet and a couple inches wider than 2 feet. We encourage students to bring their own props to class, but we have them available for purchase if needed. All props have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and are sold in bundles at a discount. We have always maintained high standards of cleanliness and have taken additional measures to ensure the safety and health of our students.
