About Me

My name is Mariah Curran, and I'm the founder and owner of Heldervogel Pet & Equine Services. Animals have always held a special place in my heart. Growing up, I was surrounded by furry and feathered friends, and my passion for the natural world only deepened with age. This ultimately led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary and Animal Science.

Throughout my journey, I've been fortunate to learn from and work alongside diverse animals, including horses, dogs, reptiles, amphibians, and even laboratory animals. My experiences have honed my skills in animal handling, care, and understanding their unique needs. I'm certified in Equine Sports Massage Therapy and hold a certification as a Laboratory Animal Technologist.

Our Services

Heldervogel Pet & Equine Services offers a comprehensive range of services to cater to the diverse needs of both pets and farm animals. We understand that every creature is different, and we tailor our approach to ensure individual care and attention.

Pet Sitting & Farm Sitting

• Short visit up to 15 minutes - $20
• 30 minute visit - $30
• 1 hour visit/hourly rate - $40/hr
• Overnight 10 hour stay (example 9pm to 7am the following morning)- $100

Dog Walking

• 30 minute walk - $30
• 45 minute walk - $45
• 1 hour walk - $45

Equine Services

• Holding for vet/farrier etc. - $30/hour
• Injections/sick care/miscellaneous medical treatments - Prices vary, quotes provided upon request
• Sheath cleaning - $25
• Basic grooming/bathing, mane pulling - $30

Additional Services

• Medication administration - Prices vary, quotes provided upon request
