What are your regular business hours?
We operate Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm with last appointments at 5pm. Saturday hours are 8am-1pm for urgent care only. Closed Sundays and major holidays like Labor Day.
Do you handle emergency pet situations?
Yes, we provide urgent care services during regular hours without appointments. Patients are seen based on condition severity while maintaining safety protocols for all visitors.
What types of pets do you treat?
We specialize in dogs and cats. Unfortunately, we no longer accept exotic pets for treatment at this location.
Can I be present during my pet's examination?
Yes, all clients may accompany their pets in the exam room during scheduled appointments to observe and participate in care discussions.
