Dr. Rick Wells, a Palmer Graduate, is dedicated to helping his patients achieve their wellness objectives. With over 20 years of experience in Chiropractic care, he has helped thousands of patients. Dr. Wells is committed to bringing you better health and a better way of life by teaching and practicing the true principles of Chiropractic Wellness Care. He loves his family, helping people, and has a thirst for knowledge. Outside of Chiropractic, he enjoys gardening, anything mechanical, and talking about sports for hours.

Kiera Wells, our Office Manager, is the first person you'll meet at the Front Desk. She will assist you with your insurance and schedule appointments. Dr. Rick Wells practices at three locations: Palmyra, Powhatan, and Louisa. Each office offers a range of services, including Chiropractic Wellness Care, to help you achieve your health goals.

Office Locations

We have three convenient locations to serve you better. Our Palmyra office is located at 9 Centre Court, Palmyra, VA 22963, with hours from Monday to Friday. The Powhatan office is at 2560-A Anderson Hwy, Powhatan, VA 22963, with hours from Monday to Thursday. Lastly, our Louisa office is at 506 E Main Street, Louisa, VA 23093, with hours on Friday.
