Our Story: A Historic Destination Since 1910

The Pleasant Beach Hotel has been a warm and welcoming destination for travelers to Little Sodus Bay and Fair Haven, NY for over a century. Since our establishment in 1910, we have been offering a unique blend of comfortable lodging, delicious dining, and friendly service that keeps our guests coming back year after year.

Our hotel features 10 beautifully appointed rooms, each with its own private bath, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Our rooms offer a charming and relaxing atmosphere, with many offering stunning views of Little Sodus Bay. Our restaurant and bar, open seasonally, offer a casual and friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay.

But the Pleasant Beach Hotel is more than just a place to stay or eat. It's a destination in and of itself, with deep-water docking and transient slips available for boaters, as well as a variety of local attractions just a short walk away. Whether you're here for a night or a week, we're here to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Waterside Lodging

At the Pleasant Beach Hotel, we pride ourselves on offering our guests a comfortable and relaxing home away from home. Our 10 uniquely decorated rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at ease, including private baths, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Many of our rooms offer breathtaking views of Little Sodus Bay, so you can wake up to the sight of the sun rising over the water.

Our rooms are available for booking year-round, although we do have some restrictions during the months of January and February 2025. Please see our Reservations Policy for more information.

Docking: Come by Land or Boat

Located on the southeast side of Little Sodus Bay off Lake Ontario in the Village of Fair Haven, NY, the Pleasant Beach Hotel is easy to reach whether you're coming by land or by boat. Boaters can find us just two nautical miles from Little Sodus Bay Channel, with deep-water docking and transient slips available.

Our restaurant and bar, open seasonally, offer a casual and friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy a meal or a drink while taking in the breathtaking views of Little Sodus Bay. Our menus feature a variety of delicious options, from fresh seafood to hearty sandwiches and salads. We also offer a full bar, with a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers to choose from.
