Welcome to Willow Woods Barn, your premier destination for wedding celebrations and corporate events. We are a family-owned and operated venue, managed by the Creamer and Thomas families. Our beautiful property, located just four miles from downtown Mansfield, offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern elegance.

Our story began in 1998 when the Creamer family moved to Mansfield, Texas, followed by the Thomas family in 2001 to Fort Worth, Texas. The families met in 2001 through church and quickly became close friends. As the years went by, the idea to open a venue that could cater to various events was born. After much planning and hard work, Willow Woods Barn was lovingly remodeled and opened its doors to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for all its guests.

Our Venue

Willow Woods Barn is designed with you in mind. We specialize in small to medium-sized events with 50 to 130 guests. Our indoor reception or ceremony space is white, light, and bright, accommodating your guests at round and long tables. Plus, we have space for food tables, a dessert table, a dance floor, a DJ setup, photo backdrop, and more. You get to customize the space to fit your needs.

Our bride's room and groom's garage provide awesome areas for getting ready and hanging out with your most important people on your big day, not to mention beautiful spots to take photos you'll love forever! We also include tablecloths in white, ivory, navy, black, and light blue to make your event planning easier and more cost-effective.

The Great Outdoors

At Willow Woods Barn, you'll feel like you're in quiet solitude in the woods for your special day. But, we're just four miles from quaint, downtown Mansfield. Anything you could possibly need is just minutes away. We're 10 minutes from Arlington, 20 minutes from Fort Worth, and 40 minutes from Dallas. Our lovely pond with its beautiful fountain welcomes your guests the minute they drive on the property. With our stunning property, you get the best of both worlds with easy city access and a quiet, private location all to yourself.

Budget-Friendly Pricing

Our 15-hour rentals include all the extras described here plus top-notch service from the Creamer and Thomas families. Our rental rates are budget-friendly! Weekday rentals (Monday - Thursday) are $3,000. Friday and Sunday weddings are $4,000, and Saturdays are $4,500. Pricing & more info can be found on our website.
