Treehouse Yoga is a charming and welcoming yoga studio situated in the heart of Old Town, Bay St. Louis, MS, nestled behind the Mockingbird Cafe. Established over a decade ago, our mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and healing environment for all beings and all bodies, grounded in the principles of body, mind, and spirit. We offer a variety of daily classes utilizing evidence-based yoga and meditation practices, movement, and breathing techniques. At Treehouse Yoga, we believe in the power of connection and relationship. Our core teachers are experienced Kripalu senior teachers and former YTT directors from Kripalu Yoga & Health Center in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, with a combined teaching experience of over 60 years and thousands of students. In January 2023, we merged with Loft Yoga, allowing us to expand our offerings to incorporate various types of Yoga and welcome a diverse group of teachers trained in Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

In addition to our regular classes, we are proud to offer 200 and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs in partnership with Shanti Yoga Training School. Our studio provides a warm and welcoming space for practitioners to connect with themselves and our incredible community.

We strive to maintain an affordable and inclusive environment, offering classes on a sliding scale and donations-based community classes. We kindly ask for your doctor's approval before starting a yoga practice, especially if you are new to it.

Our Classes & Fees

At Treehouse Yoga, we have implemented necessary changes and precautions to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our teachers and practitioners. Our schedule includes a variety of classes, and there are two ways to join us for Yoga:

1. Drop-in Classes: These classes are available for cash, check, or Venmo at the door, with no reservations required. Drop-in classes range from $12 to $15 on a sliding scale, allowing you to pay when you arrive. Our live schedule indicates which classes are available for drop-in and which classes require online pass reservations.

2. Class Pass System: Our system includes reservations for a number of classes. You can purchase an online "drop-in" pass for $15 or a series of 5, 10, or 20 class passes. Our live schedule indicates which classes are available for drop-in cash/Venmo at the door and which classes require online pass reservations.

We are committed to keeping our classes affordable and accessible. If you are unable to afford our regular class prices, we invite you to join our donations-based community classes. While we believe yoga is for everyone, we kindly ask for your doctor's approval prior to beginning. If you are new to yoga, please check out our "What to Expect" page for more information.

Gentle Kripalu Yoga with Diana

This is a basic Kripalu yoga class that encourages optimal alignment, safe range of motion, and the coordination of breath and movement. Each class includes a variety of yoga stretches, core strengthening exercises, postures, and breathing techniques. The class will end with a deep relaxation and short meditation. The class is appropriate for all levels of participants, allowing beginners and advanced practitioners to enjoy the benefits of this gentle yet effective approach to yoga.

Mixed Level Slow Flow with Diana

The focus of this class is breath-synchronized movement. Coordinating breath and movement/asana and pranayama creates a seamless flow from one posture to the next. Each class is
