Christopher Cawley Landscape Architecture was founded in 2005 with the intent of providing high-end consulting services for Art Deco and historic renovation projects. Our current work includes private gardens, estates, boutique hotels, and ocean front resort projects.

Our approach at CCLA is built on over fifteen years of professional experience, and we are fortunate to be assisting many of South Florida's leading architecture firms and development teams. Our boutique office size ensures that all projects are undertaken with care and attention to detail.

In addition to professional practice, our founder, Chris, is the former chairperson for the Village of Bal Harbour Architectural Review Board, and is currently serving as the Landscape Architect for the City of Miami Historic and Environmental Preservation Board. This experience and detailed approach ensures that all projects are undertaken with individualized care.

Allison Island Estate: Located on Allison Island in Miami Beach, this contemporary estate captures the spirit of modernism in the landscape.

North Bay Road Estate: This contemporary estate incorporates large existing canopy trees and a pool garden featuring native salt-tolerant accents, grasses, and Coconut Palms that frame the bay.

Mayfair House Hotel: The revamped Miami Mayfair House Hotel & Garden is a lush tropical oasis from the bustling streets of Coconut Grove.

Chase Residence: This stunning contemporary residence is accentuated by a relaxed tropical planting design featuring sculptural palms, native Seagrape trees, and soft flowing grasses.

Sunset Island Estate: This lush tropical garden creates an oasis and features unique sculptural native Sabal palms that frame the entry to the home.
