Management and Maintenance Issues
Many reviewers have expressed frustration with the management and maintenance of the apartments. Raymery Castro, Lady Di, Ruchama Orne, Annick Gnoto, Juanita B, and Jamel Brown all gave the apartments 1-star ratings, citing issues with parking, heat, hot water, and maintenance. They have reported being treated poorly by management, feeling ignored, and having their concerns dismissed.
Ray Castro claims to have been misinformed about parking rules and was threatened with a $200 fine for a parking ticket he never received. Lady Di says that the annual income requirement is excessive for the rent. Ruchama Orne reports that the apartments have no heat during winter and that maintenance does nothing when residents complain. Annick Gnoto says that the new supervisor, Marta, is rude and unprofessional, and that maintenance is slow to respond.
Juanita B. reports that she was left without heat and hot water on the coldest day of winter, and Jamel Brown expresses general disappointment with the company.
Response to Complaints
Many reviewers have also expressed frustration with the response to their complaints. Raymond Kearney, for example, says that he has been trying to get his security deposit back but has received no response. Matt G. reports that he was not notified of a carbon monoxide leak in his apartment for several hours.
