Catering Specials

Special #1: Baked Ziti and Meatballs - A hearty and satisfying choice, our baked ziti is a vegetarian-friendly option, while meatballs are served on the side. Our ziti is made with penne pasta mixed with seasoned ricotta cheese and Mama's marinara sauce, topped and baked with mozzarella cheese. Meatballs are made from all-beef and simmered in Mama's marinara sauce. Served with your choice of garden or Caesar salad, sliced Italian bread with butter, and Mama's homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Special #2: Mama's Lasagna - Choose from veggie or meat lasagna, both made with pasta ribbons, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Our veggie lasagna is made with seasoned broccoli, cauliflower, orange and yellow carrots simmered in Mama's marinara sauce. Meat lasagna is made with seasoned meat sauce. Served with your choice of garden or Caesar salad, sliced Italian bread with butter, and Mama's homemade chocolate chip cookies.

Special #3: Assorted Mini Subs & Wraps - Perfect for a variety of events, our assorted mini subs and wraps include Italian, Turkey & Provolone, Tuna, Ham & Veggie, Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Bacon Cheddar, Chicken Caesar, Veggie, Tuna, Turkey BLT, and Chicken Pesto. Served with Mama's pasta salad, tri-colored pasta tossed in our vinaigrette with bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, celery, black olives, and Italian spices. Cookies are Mama's homemade chocolate chip.

Special #4: Tortellini Rose' - A delicious and elegant option, our tortellini is made with tri-colored pasta rings filled with a four cheese mixture, simmered in our tomato cream sauce with grilled chicken. Served with Greek salad, mixed greens topped with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, and feta cheese. Dressing is our Feta Greek vinaigrette.

Special #5: Spring Chicken - A light and flavorful option, our Italian marinated chicken breast is sauteed with broccoli, cauliflower, orange and yellow carrots in a light garlic butter sauce, served with rice pilaf. Includes your choice of salad and garlic bread.
