Services
Nutrition Counseling
Our nutrition counseling addresses food sensitivities, digestive disorders, and chronic disease management through evidence-based strategies. We create personalized plans using advanced testing like MRT and GI Effects to identify root causes. Clients receive ongoing support to build sustainable habits and improve their relationship with food.
Food Sensitivity Testing
Using the Mediator Release Test (MRT) and LEAP program, we identify food triggers causing inflammation and digestive distress. This science-backed approach eliminates guesswork, allowing clients to reintroduce tolerated foods while avoiding unnecessary restrictions that harm long-term health and well-being.
Eating Disorder Recovery
Specialized care for eating disorders combines medical nutrition therapy with psychological support. Our certified counselors guide clients through intuitive eating practices and trauma-informed care, fostering trust in their bodies while addressing co-occurring conditions like anxiety or hormonal imbalances.
Sports Nutrition
Tailored fueling strategies enhance athletic performance for high school to professional athletes. We optimize pre- and post-workout nutrition, hydration protocols, and recovery plans to improve endurance, strength, and competition readiness while preventing nutrient deficiencies.
Biometric Testing
Comprehensive biometric testing evaluates gut health, hormone levels, and nutrient deficiencies through panels like DUTCH and NutrEval. These insights inform targeted interventions for conditions ranging from SIBO to adrenal fatigue, ensuring precise, individualized treatment plans.
