Design

Fabrication

Once a design is approved, the project moves into the fabrication phase, which begins with a thorough on-site measurement by our shop manager and designer. This step ensures the proper fit of each cabinet, and adherence to the design. Our production manager then coordinates the procurement of materials, creates detailed construction documents, and programs our CNC machine to cut every part to precise specifications. The assembly process involves the expert crafting of cabinets by our team of skilled artisans, who fit, join, and finish each piece with care and accuracy. In our on-site shop, door and drawer fronts are attached before the completed cabinets are delivered to the job site and installed by our dedicated team. This is an exciting phase for our clients as they begin to see their dreams come to life.
