Our Journey

Founded in 2006 by Terry Baker, BCI began as a humble concrete sealing company. Now led by John M. Lattuca, we've grown driven by a desire to tackle the recurrent frustrations of traditional concrete sealers. Tired of ineffective formulas resulting in delamination, popping, and inadequate protection, we took action. Through extensive research, development, and trials, we proudly introduced our own line of premium concrete sealers: Concrete Safeguard and Top Seal 15.

1. Antiquing

This technique infuses concrete with vibrant colors, creating a unique, natural-looking enhancement. The color remains vibrant and unwavering as long as the concrete remains sealed.

2. Sealing

Our revolutionary Concrete Safeguard sealer penetrates and protects concrete on a molecular level, offering long-lasting durability and protection against water damage and wear.

3. Paver care

For paver patios and walkways, we offer releveling and re-sanding services using polymeric sand for a revitalized look. We also apply a commercial weed killer and pressure wash the surface for optimal results.

4. Tinting

This advanced technique lets you completely transform the color of your concrete, blending imperfections and restoring its aesthetic appeal.
