Our Teachers

  • Liz Klug: Owner and director, Liz is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive community. She offers one-on-one classes, yoga teacher training, and workshops.
  • Rachel English: A certified Rolfing and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Rachel also owns Form with Flow, a Somatic Integration practice co-located at Yoga Sol.
  • Megan Hall: With over 20 years of teaching experience, Megan's approach to yoga is slow, gentle, and adaptable. She specializes in yin yoga and private instruction.
  • Leslie Kersha: A seasoned educator, Leslie combines her passion for yoga, psychology, philosophy, and spirituality to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Pam Spencer: A dedicated practitioner and teacher, Pam specializes in Iyengar Yoga and offers individualized instruction.
  • Sady Strand: Sady's classes often reflect her passion for nature, philosophy, and social justice. Her gentle classes ease into gentle poses with opportunities for modifications.
  • Lynn Rossy: With over 25 years of teaching experience, Lynn combines Kripalu Yoga and mindfulness practices to create a deeper experience and understanding of the eight-limbed path.
