Therapeutic Massage

A therapeutic massage session is designed to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It's exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue principles are applied to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This modality is beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia, and tendons. Trigger point therapy is also utilized in deep tissue to help activate the natural healing processes in your body.

Prenatal Massage

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It helps reduce stress and promote overall wellness by relieving discomforts such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and edema.

Rain Drop Therapy

Rain Drop Therapy is a combination massage and essential oil treatment. Essential oils are applied along the spine and feet to reset and relax the immune and nervous systems, helping to realign the energy centers. It's profoundly relaxing.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stones are applied in different areas of the body and are used in addition to therapeutic massage techniques. The heat provides an added sense of well-being and relaxation.

Prices

We offer competitive pricing for our services. For Therapeutic Massage, 30 minutes costs $60, 60 minutes costs $100, and 90 minutes costs $150. For Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Rain Drop Therapy, and Hot Stone Massage, prices vary based on the duration of the session. Please contact us for a detailed pricing breakdown.
