Our History and Expertise

Danny Varner, the owner, has a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University, where he majored in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Construction Management. Having grown up around the building industry, Danny is familiar with many different facets of the industry. During high school and college, he worked several different trades. He began his career on-site, working closely with all trades and craftsmen.

James Varner joined Danny Varner Building Inc. full time in 2015. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in University Studies and a Minor in Business Administration. James is also a licensed North Carolina General Contractor and serves as Project Manager. James has enjoyed getting to know some wonderful clients and working with our talented tradesmen as we continue to turn custom home dreams into reality.
