Our History

Our story began with a small cottage built on White Birch Drive over 40 years ago. This family cottage has been a central meeting place for family and friends throughout the years and served as the inspiration for the creation of White Birch Builders, Inc. Founding partners Richard Formsma and Todd Wilde started by remodeling homes in 1990 and began building new homes just six months later. Over the years, we have continued to grow and expand our services, always keeping our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

With over 14 years of experience working as a building operations administrator for a nonprofit organization, Scott has developed strong management skills and a deep understanding of the building trade.
