Poor Customer Service
On the other hand, Robert Maxwell and April Monroe had poor experiences with the surveyors. They complained about the company's refusal to update a survey from 2002, citing being "too busy". Additionally, Dennis, a representative from the company, was accused of being rude and hang up on a contractor, resulting in a loss of business.
