At Impact Martial Arts, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality martial arts training to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Our Programs

We offer a variety of martial arts programs designed to cater to different needs and interests. Our Taekwondo program is tailored to provide effective and powerful self-defense skills, as well as the fundamental attitudes appropriate to those skills. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program focuses on this highly sophisticated, highly efficient, functional, simple-yet-complex ground fighting system. For younger students, we have the Little Ninjas program, which is specially designed for pre-school and kindergarten children ages 4-5. We also offer Kickboxing classes that mix the fast, dynamic kicks of Taekwondo along with techniques from American Kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA striking.

Our Instructors

Our team of instructors is comprised of highly skilled and experienced martial artists who are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. Our instructors are certified and trained to provide top-notch instruction in a safe and supportive environment. They are passionate about teaching martial arts and committed to helping students develop not only their physical skills but also their character and personal growth.

Leadership Program

Our unique IMPACT program teaches advanced students important leadership skills. This program is designed to help students develop their leadership abilities, build their confidence, and prepare them for future challenges. Our Leadership Program is an excellent opportunity for students to learn valuable skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Tournament Team

Impact Martial Arts regularly hosts tournaments through NJ Taekwondo Tournaments and their affiliated schools. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team is always in training mode, too! In addition to our regularly scheduled tournaments, we invite you to join our traveling tournament team and compete against other martial arts schools in the tri-state area.
