Our Story

FTS Computer Repair was founded by Jolene Jo, who returned to her passion for technology and serving her community after eight dedicated years in the U.S. Air Force. Jolene's military background instilled in her a strong sense of professionalism, client focus, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. During her service, she honed her technical expertise by holding several key roles, including Manager of Information Technology Asset Management at Fairchild AFB in Eastern Washington. Her time as a Supervisor of Joint Document and Media Exploitation for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) further deepened her understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.

Jolene's service also included multiple tours in Afghanistan, where she played a vital role as an Information Management Office Technician. These experiences provided her with valuable hands-on knowledge and a deep understanding of the critical importance of reliable and secure technology solutions.

Driven by her passion for technology and her commitment to serving her community, Jolene established FTS Computer Repair on the Oregon coast.
