Our Story

Founded by Howard S. Cohen in 1977, H.S.C. Management Corp. is a family-owned business that has served the NYC real estate market with professional and personalized property management for over 45 years. Our President, Josh Koppel, leads an Accredited Management Organization that consists of over 30 full-time and several part-time employees, including a stellar leadership team that oversees all facets of the business from daily operations to long-term strategic planning.
