Specifically, the screen door to the front of the condo was not functioning properly, and the sliding door screen in the master bedroom was not fixed despite being reported during checkout.
Disappointing Experience
Robert Schoneman had a particularly poor experience, giving the company 1 star. He reported finding bed bugs and mildew in the rental house and being condescended to and lied to by the employees.
