Joseph P. Cardillo & Son, Inc. is a general contractor with a rich history dating back to the early 1900s. Our company was founded by Dominic Cardillo, an Italian immigrant who began performing excavation and masonry work in Eastern Massachusetts. Over the years, our company has continued to grow and evolve, with each generation building upon the successes of the previous one.

Commercial Paving

We specialize in utility trench paving and small area patching. Our experienced team provides paving services in conjunction with milling or to prepare the trench for temporary or permanent patches.

Equipment Rental

Our fleet of equipment includes skid-steer loaders, 3-yard excavators, and other heavy machinery. Our operators are licensed, trained, and part of the International Operating Engineers Union (Local 4).

Snow Plowing & Removal

With over 90 years of experience, we offer snow plowing and removal services to MassDOT, local communities, and numerous commercial properties. Our equipment includes larger loaders and dump trucks to haul away snow to designated dumpsites or specific locations.

Site Work

We provide full site work services, including commercial site work and residential subdivision development. Our estimating process is done electronically to ensure accurate quantities and fair prices for our customers. Our GPS system streamlines the process, saving time and money.

Utility Installation

Our focus has been underground utility installation for the past 40 years. We specialize in water, sewer, and drain work, installing new utilities and replacing existing ones. Our team can bypass and divert existing lines while replacing them.

DOT Trucking

Our extensive fleet of trucks ranges from small six-wheel dump trucks to tri-axle dump trucks, with apportioned plates for out-of-state hauls. Our trucks are serviced and maintained by our in-house full-time mechanics, ensuring they are always in top condition.
