We are a Wyoming-based, family and Veteran-owned firm, living by our motto: "We rise by lifting others." Our team of investment managers and support staff has decades of combined finance, banking, and investment management experience. We have navigated both bull and bear markets and have successfully managed investment portfolios for clients in 21 different states throughout the country.

Our services are centered around risk management, emphasizing capital preservation over exorbitant returns. We believe in setting reasonable expectations and strive to deliver on those expectations. We are a rapidly growing firm, continually adding additional staff and resources to better serve our clients. Our clients can expect the highest level of service, with a human being always available to address their needs.

We are not just financial advisors; we are portfolio managers. We are hands-on, active, tactical managers who use block trading technology to leverage our time and better serve our clients. We manage all equity assets from our offices, ensuring that all aspects of portfolio management are handled in-house. Our access to a wide universe of potential investments allows us to actively monitor and conduct active research on 80-100 investments at any given time.

We are discretionary portfolio managers, focusing on managing portfolios and searching for investments that are best suited for our clients. We do not charge transaction fees or commissions for portfolio management, nor do we charge extra for estate planning or retirement planning. Our clients pay one all-inclusive relationship fee, making our services transparent and straightforward.
