We are a family-owned and operated 55+ mobile home and RV community located in the heart of Vero Beach, Florida. Our community has been in operation for over 65 years, with three generations of our family dedicated to providing a comfortable and active senior lifestyle for our residents.

Our community is pet-free, allowing our residents to enjoy a quiet and distraction-free environment.

Our Services

At Southgate Village Mobile Home & RV Park, we offer a range of services designed to make your life easy and enjoyable. Our residents own their mobile homes and pay a monthly lot rent, which includes lawn care, sewer-septic, garbage pick-up, and access to all our amenities. We have different lot sizes and rent prices to suit your budget. We also require all new residents to complete a background check to ensure a safe and secure community.

Amenities

Our community boasts a range of amenities that cater to our residents' diverse interests. Our clubhouse is a hub of activity, with a full kitchen, stage, and spacious indoor area perfect for social gatherings, parties, and events. We also have four petanque courts, five shuffleboard courts, and a beautiful pool area with a large brick paver deck and comfortable seating. Our pool is heated and open from dawn to dusk, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

RV Park

In addition to our mobile home lots, we have converted a number of lots into RV lots, complete with concrete patios, asphalt driveways, sewer, water, 50-amp electrical hook-ups, and beautiful landscaping. We have openings available from May 2024 to October 2024, and we're booked for the 2024-2025 season.
