How to Provide Tax Documents
Choose one of the five options to provide your tax documents:
- Upload your documents to our secure portal
- Fax your documents to 502-515-2457
- Do not email tax documents, as email is not secure
- Mail documents to: PO Box 50931, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579
- Drop off documents at our office during normal business hours

IRS Requirements for Claiming Children
If you qualify for the Earned Income Credit, Child Tax Credit, Other Dependent Credit, or Head of Household, please provide the following documents:
- Dependents' birth certificates

- Proof of residence with the dependent's name and your address (e.g., school record, medical record, school ID, etc.)
