At Kesler Contracting and Property Management, we take pride in our long history of providing exceptional service, quality craftsmanship, and years of experience. Founded in 2006 by Matthew Kesler, our company has been dedicated to delivering top-notch commercial upfits, new construction, and remodeling services for residential dwellings.

Our Founder

Matthew Kesler, our President, has always had a strong passion for building and managing. He gained a certificate in Drafting from Floyd County High School in 1997 and continued his education at New River Community College, graduating in 2002 with an Associate Degree in Architecture and General Studies. Prior to graduating, Matthew formed MTK Properties, a rental company that owns and manages commercial and residential properties. He also became project manager and estimator for HF Interiors Inc. of Roanoke, where he managed MTK properties and was Vice President of Interior Contracting.

In 2006, Matthew formed Kesler Contracting and Property Management, a general contracting company that focuses on commercial and residential building along with commercial and residential property management. His joint efforts led to becoming President of Virginia Shoreline Contractors in 2011. Matthew attributes his success to hard work, employees, family, and friends.

Services Offered

At Kesler Contracting, we offer a wide range of services for both commercial and residential projects. Our commercial contracting services include general construction, metal stud and wood stud framing, acoustical ceiling grid and tiles, VCT flooring, rubber stair treads, rubber cove base, stained concrete, commercial hollow metal frames and doors, exterior siding, interior demolition services, and more.

For residential homes, we specialize in remodeling, drywall, flooring, decks, hard tile, laminate, and hardwood flooring, carpet, interior trim, base, and doors, metal and shingled roofing, outside living spaces, and hard scapes.
