Our History

Founded over 20 years ago as Sacred Heart Family Medical Clinic, CMI has evolved into a leading healthcare provider in the community. We transitioned to Family Medicine and received Federal Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LAL) status in 2018.
