We also service Fire Departments with SCBA testing, compliance tracking, and recertification of tanks.

Our customer database tracks every piece of equipment, including serial and model numbers, ensuring that we can schedule services and notify our customers when their equipment needs attention. We also use bar coding and scanning technology to better manage and track our customers' assets.
Computerized Scheduling
Unlike many smaller fire protection service companies, we take the responsibility of notifying our customers when their equipment needs to be serviced. Our scheduling software application, Building Reports, provides our full-time scheduler with a list of customers who are due to be serviced, ensuring that we can verify appointments using email and text messaging.
