Our State-of-the-Art Facility

Our production facility in Palm Springs, California, is equipped with an impressive selection of specialty equipment, including a Gerber CAD controlled cutting machine that ensures the accuracy of our carefully developed patterns every time. Our dielectric heat embossed HF welding machine provides a perfect factory look on door panels, heel pads, and more. Our factory correct leather embossing, perforating, and skiving machines create the perfect OE factory look and feel. Our 3D routing and laser cutting equipment enable us to create precision panels and substrates from various materials, including steel, aluminum, automotive hardwood, Baltic Birch Ply, Masonite, automotive panel board, Bitumen board, and shank board.

At BAS, we only use original specification materials imported directly from the UK, including high-quality automotive leather, correct grain Ambla and Everflex vinyls, Wilton Wool carpet available in 15 different colors, Wool moquette, wool cloth headliner, Hardura felt, Furflex, molded urethane seat foams, Everflex, and Sunfast/Mohair convertible toppings. Our commitment to using only the best materials ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards.
