Overview
The reviews for Issis & Sons Flooring are a mix of positive and negative experiences. On the other hand, some customers experienced poor communication from the staff. Jacob Tober mentioned that his sales rep was a no-call/no-show for a scheduled consultation. Daniel Weber reported a similar experience, citing a representative with a terrible attitude who hung up the phone without helping him. Ashlyn Bailey had a chaotic experience with the company, mentioning numerous issues with the work done on her home, including poor preparation, cracked pieces, and missing quarter round.
