McKee Mortuary

McKee Mortuary Inc. is a family-owned and operated funeral home located in North Manchester, Indiana. Established in 1963, our facility was a vision of a local minister, Leonard Custer, who aimed to offer the community a premier funeral home with chapel-style parlors and adequate parking. Over the years, the building has undergone modifications to accommodate growth and the special needs of our handicapped friends.

In 1968, Darwin & Valeria DeLaughter purchased the business, and in 1992, Mike & Kelly McKee became partners. After the DeLaughter's retirement in 2007, the McKee's became sole owners. When Mike retired in 2014, Kelly McKee became the sole owner. Today, with over 90 years combined funeral service experience, our staff stands ready to serve with dignity, integrity, and expertise. We are committed to attending to all the details surrounding the care and service to your family with utmost concern.

Our facility is located at 1401 State Road 114 West in historic North Manchester, serving families from the communities of Laketon, Silver Lake, Claypool, Sidney, Bippus, and Urbana. We pride ourselves on being "Friends who are there when you need them the most."
