At GulfSouth Rush Soccer Club, we are more than just a soccer club. We are a family. We are a community. We are a team. As a not-for-profit youth soccer club located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, we are dedicated to providing our players with a program that combines the mastery of team-based soccer tactics and strategy in unison with our RDE individual player development plans. We believe in the power of soccer to teach our players valuable life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, fair-play, character development, and community involvement, all while having fun.

Our club was founded with a mission to provide a competitive club serving Okaloosa, Walton, and Bay Counties, including the communities of Destin, South Walton, Freeport, Defuniak Springs, Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, and more. By joining the Rush Soccer program and Coastal Rush, an organization comprised of 8 local clubs throughout the Southern parts of Alabama and Florida, we have been able to expand our reach and provide more opportunities for our players.

At GulfSouth Rush Soccer Club, we understand that each player is unique and has their own strengths and weaknesses. That's why we offer age and ability appropriate opportunities that cater to every player, from the novice to the most advanced. Whether you're just starting out or looking to continue your soccer career in college, we have the resources and expertise to help you achieve your goals.

Our Expert Coaching Staff

Our coaching staff is not made up of volunteers. They are paid professionals with vast coaching experiences at all levels of soccer. They are dedicated to providing players with the highest level of training and guidance to help them reach their full potential. Our coaches focus on three key methods to provide the building blocks of player development: inspire, professional coaching, and repetition.

Skill Development

At GulfSouth Rush Soccer Club, we believe that skill development is key to a player's success. That's why we offer a comprehensive player development curriculum that specifically identifies five key developmental "building blocks": technical development, skill development, individual tactics, group tactics, and team tactics. Within these building blocks, players will have the opportunity to learn and excel at their own pace.

Technical Skills

Our expert training staff focuses on teaching players the specific technical skills they need to excel as a well-rounded soccer player. These skills include dribbling, passing and receiving, ball control, shooting, and decision making. By mastering these technical skills, players will be able to utilize the specific technical teachings of each level to support their ability to excel as a well-rounded soccer player.
