Our Story
River City Early Learning Center was founded by Jessica Dawson-Brown, a passionate and experienced educator with over 20 years of experience in the early childhood field. With a background in Applied Management and a Site Supervisor Permit with the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, Jessica has a deep understanding of the importance of high-quality childcare and education. Her husband, Robb, shares her passion and together they have two wonderful boys who have been part of their journey in the field.

Our team of educators are dedicated to providing a comprehensive education that includes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Our Services
We offer a range of services, including preschool, private TK, daycare, and before and after-school care at our Laguna West Campus in Elk Grove and soon-to-be May Lee Campus in Sacramento. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each child, from infant to school-age, and are led by our team of experienced and qualified educators.
