At the World Shipping Council, we are dedicated to shaping the future growth of a sustainable, safe, and secure shipping industry. We represent container and roll-on-roll-off (roro) carriers from all over the globe, with our members operating 90 percent of the global liner shipping capacity. Our mission is to create a socially responsible, environmentally sustainable, and competitive industry that meets the needs of our customers and the global economy.
