Luxor Homes is a family-owned custom homebuilding company founded in 2001 by Gary Haarer, along with his wife and three adult children. With over 45 years of experience in building homes in the Phoenix market, Gary has been dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction. Over the years, Luxor Homes has successfully delivered more than sixty-five custom homes in North Scottsdale, including casitas, wine rooms, home gyms, rec rooms, additional garages, and other major additions to existing homes. This makes us one of the largest builders of custom homes in Scottsdale.

Our Communities

We are proud to offer our services in two unique communities: The Estates at Miramonte and Sonoran Crest. The Estates at Miramonte is a gated community situated high on the north slopes of the McDowell Mountains, offering home sites ranging from 2.3 to 3.7 acres. Sonoran Crest, located at the northwest end of the McDowell Mountains, adjacent to Troon, boasts 58 home sites of 1.5 to 3 acres each, enjoying spectacular views of the high-desert terrain and mountain panorama.
