What are your service hours?
We operate daily from 6am to 9pm. Additional charges apply for visits outside 8am-6pm, weekends, or holidays. Emergency support is available after hours.
How do I book a visit?
Book through our online portal or app. For last-minute requests, text or call us at (603) 531-1551. We accommodate most visits with advance notice.
Can I cancel a scheduled walk?
Yes, cancel anytime before five office hours prior to the visit. Late cancellations incur a fee, and missed visits result in full charges.
Do you offer off-leash walks?
Off-leash walks occur only in securely fenced areas to ensure pet safety and compliance with local regulations.
How are payments processed?
Pay online via the portal, by check, or cash. Statements are emailed monthly, and tips can be added directly to invoices or left in person.
Are services available during holidays?
We operate year-round except Christmas Day through New Year's Day to allow staff time with their families.
