What are your hospital hours?
Grantsburg: Mon-Wed & Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm. Wild River: Mon-Tue & Thu-Fri 8am-5pm. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
What payment options do you offer?
Payment is due at service time. We accept CareCredit financing but do not offer in-house payment plans for veterinary services.
Which animals do you treat?
We specialize in canine and feline care. We don't see farm animals, birds, or exotic pets at our Wisconsin and Minnesota locations.
Is appointment scheduling required?
Yes, we operate by appointment only. Contact either location to schedule new patient visits or routine wellness exams.
Why maintain year-round parasite prevention?
Local climate patterns allow flea, tick, and mosquito activity even in winter months. Continuous prevention protects against heartworm and intestinal parasites throughout all seasons.
Do you offer boarding or grooming services?
