Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to meet the health needs of our community. These include primary care, dental care, pharmacy services, and behavioral health services. Our dedicated team of healthcare providers, including medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and specialists, are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to our patients.

Our dental services include routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other specialized procedures. We also offer a pediatric dental program to ensure that our youngest patients receive the best possible oral health care. Our pharmacy services are designed to provide convenient access to medications and expert advice on medication management. We have specialty pharmacy services for patients with specific needs, such as those requiring complex medication therapies.

Our History and Milestones

CHAS Health was founded in 1994 with a mission to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to our community. Over the years, we have grown from a small clinic in downtown Spokane to a major provider of primary care services for the region. We have expanded our services to include dental care, pharmacy services, and behavioral health services, and we continue to innovate and adapt to meet the evolving health needs of our community.

In 2024, we celebrated our 30th anniversary, marking three decades of service to our community. We are proud of our accomplishments and grateful for the trust that our patients have placed in us. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and promoting health equity for all.
