How It Works

At The Black Tie Valet, we pride ourselves on our convenient service. Here's how it works:

1. Fill a bag with the items you want to be cleaned and leave it in your predetermined location.

2. Please ensure that you unbutton all shirts and blouses, mark all broken or missing buttons for replacement, and pin all stains with a note to show the location and type of stain.

3. We will pick up your items and deliver them back to your predetermined location.

4. When your items are returned, you will receive a new custom laundry bag with your customer information and ID attached.
