Our journey began when our founder, Jamie, affectionately known as Mimi, started baking as a way to get her children to eat vegetables. She soon discovered a passion for creating delicious treats that brought smiles to her family and friends. After much encouragement from her loved ones, Jamie decided to share her talents with the community by opening Mimi's Sweet Company LLC in December of 2019.
