We also provide in-person and virtual tours, Matterport 3D imaging, and photos to effectively showcase your property to potential tenants.

Tenant Screening

We conduct rigorous screening processes, including national background checks, credit checks, employment verification, and landlord references. We ensure that all tenants meet our strict criteria, which includes a minimum credit score of 600.

Financial Reports

We provide our clients with monthly financial reports via our secure online portal, allowing you to stay up-to-date on the financial performance of your property. We also offer custom reports tailored to your specific needs.

Rent Collections and Distributions

We make rent payments easy and convenient for our tenants, offering online payment portals with no service fees. We also ensure that all rent is collected on time, and our owner distributions are processed and sent via direct deposit by the 15th of the month.

Maintenance and Leasing

Our team of certified maintenance technicians is available 24/7 to respond to maintenance requests from tenants. We also provide regular property inspections, identifying needed repairs and recommending preventative maintenance routines.

Lease Only Service

If you're looking for a temporary solution or just need help finding the right tenants for your property, our lease only service is perfect for you. We'll advertise your property, screen and qualify applicants, conduct move-in inspections, and initiate the lease agreement all for the cost of half of one month's full rent.
