Harshaw Paving & Reclamation wasn't built overnight. It's a culmination of over 16 years of hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence within the asphalt paving industry. Our founder, Justin Harshaw, began his journey straight out of high school, earning his CDL license and taking on the role of a truck driver hauling asphalt. This early exposure sparked a passion for the industry, leading him to climb the ranks through various roles.

He transitioned from driver to estimator, gaining invaluable insight into the logistics and technical aspects of asphalt paving projects. Over time, Justin's expertise expanded to encompass operating a wide array of heavy machinery, managing crews as a superintendent, and even participating in the construction of an asphalt drum plant. This breadth of experience provided him with a deep understanding of every facet of the asphalt paving process.

Fueled by his ambition and desire to contribute his expertise, Justin joined a global paving giant where he excelled as both an estimator in sales and a superintendent for his territory. His exceptional performance earned him recognition as the only individual in the Northeast region capable of managing both roles simultaneously.

By 2013, Justin's vision to establish his own company had solidified. Driven by a passion for delivering impeccable service and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, he founded Harshaw Paving & Reclamation. The company, a testament to his dedication and family values, aims to be a leader in the industry, setting the benchmark for excellence.
